CMSS Code
In 2010, the NBME’s Executive Board received the CMSS Code for Interactions with Companies, approved by CMSS in April 2010. The CMSS requested that the NBME, as a CMSS Associate Member, endorse the code of conduct. The Executive Board discussed comments suggesting that the CMSS Code is consistent with NBME values and behavior and endorsed it.
