The NBME has modified its pricing for Customized Assessment Services. The model outlined below provides the flexibility to create and administer any number of customized examinations during a 12-month subscription period.
Fees can either be paid quarterly (for standard pricing) or prepaid (for discount pricing) and must be received by the NBME prior to the first test administration.

Fees are based on examinations requested on a single order. This fee will be based on the larger class size if more than two exams are requested for administration across Year 1 and Year 2.
