Reporting a Security Concern

Anyone who has a concern about exam security and wishes to help maintain the integrity of assessments can provide a tip.

To report a security concern for an NBME® Subject Exam or the International Foundations of Medicine® (IFOM®) exam, please complete the form on the right.

You can report incidents such as: 

  • Possessing/communicating about exam content 
  • Soliciting exam content 
  • Irregular behavior before, during or after exam 
  • Altering or misrepresenting exam scores
