- Enable students to choose which forms are most appropriate for their goals
More About Updated Versions & Retiring Forms
On March 24, six updated Comprehensive Basic Science Self-Assessment forms will be available for ordering; at that time, forms will also retire.
- Updated Forms: 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30
- Forms to Retire: 18, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24

- Clinical Neurology forms 3, 4, 5 and 6
- Medicine forms 3, 4, 5 and 6
