John J. Petosa Jr., MD, MEd, is a pediatric emergency medicine physician at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He grew up in Syracuse, and his medical education and training took him to Tampa, Florida; Allentown, Pennsylvania; Cincinnati; and Nashville. He has a Master of Medical Education through Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and holds multiple roles in undergraduate and graduate medical education at SUNY Upstate Medical University.
