Kristina Montemayor, MD, MHS, is Program Director for the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship and Senior Associate Program Director for the Osler Medical Residency at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She is passionate about reimagining how we assess, coach and otherwise support trainees, with a particular focus on precision education and creating more individualized, meaningful approaches to professional growth.
