The NBME is pleased to announce newly elected and re-elected officers and at-large members of its Executive Board. The election occurred at the annual meeting of the NBME membership on March 29, 2019, in Philadelphia.
The following individuals were elected/re-elected to Executive Board:
- Alfred F. Tallia, MD, MPH: Elected to a first two-year term as chair
- Paul M. Wallach, MD: Elected to a second two-year term as vice chair
- Latha Chandran, MD, MPH: Elected to a first two-year term as treasurer
- Donna D. Elliott, MD, EDD: Elected to a second two-year term as an at-large member
- Marie C. Foley, PHD, RN, CNL: Elected to a first two-year term as an at-large member
- Reena Karani, MD, MHPE: Elected to a second two-year term as an at-large member
- Pat Mastors: Elected to a second two-year term as an at-large member
- Karen M. Sanders, MD: Elected to a first two-year term as an at-large member
- David Milling, MD: Elected to a first two-year term as an at-large member
- Kamili Wilson: Elected to a first two-year term as an at-large member
Suzanne T. Anderson serves as immediate past chair, and NBME president and CEO, Peter J. Katsufrakis, MD, MBA, is an ex officio member of the Executive Board.
