New Website for NBME Self-Assessment Services Benefits Examinees

February 12, 2019

A new customer website, MyNBME, is now available for examinees who are taking NBME Self-Assessment Services (NSAS) to gauge their readiness for the United States Medical Licensing Examination® (USMLE®), NBME Clinical Science Subject Exams, or the IFOM Clinical Science Examination.

MyNBME was designed based on feedback obtained from students and residents during focus groups and pilot trials. To gather the information, customer journey maps were completed, and experience surveys were deployed to benchmark improvement efforts. Both students and residents told us they wanted to quickly and easily:

  • purchase products across different product lines in a single transaction
  • view and download score reports
  • complete other activities and communications, not only with NBME but also with collaborators

The new website offers just that. To visit MyNBME, go to www.MyNBME.org Students and residents can learn about comprehensive self-assessment services here.

Examinees are encouraged to share their feedback so NBME can keep getting better. If you have any questions regarding NSAS, please contact us here.
