Strategic Educators Enhancement Fellowship (SEEF) program opens call for Letters of Intent
NBME is now accepting Letters of Intent for the third Strategic Educators Enhancement Fellowship (SEEF) cohort. The SEEF program was established to support early-career professors in their professional development and to advance their skills in medical education assessment research. Fellows will have the opportunity to develop new assessment approaches with invited faculty mentors and NBME psychometricians and measurement scientists.
Together, the cohort will complete a collaborative research project and develop scholarly presentations or publications focused on one of the following themes:
- Technology-enhanced simulation assessment in medical education
- AI in medical education/assessment
- Measuring student progress and learning through formative testing
- Clinical reasoning and communication skill development
More information about the SEEF program can be found on our website. To apply, visit the application portal and select “NBME’s Strategic Educators Enhancement Fellowship (SEEF) Cohort 3.” Letters of Intent are due by Sept. 12, 2025.
