A key focus of NBME’s work this year is producing outcomes with impact. In the July edition of NBME Impact: A Community Report, you can see how we’re doing this through expanding our assessment portfolio and its capabilities as well as our collaborations, including:
- Improving NBME® Self-Assessments to meet medical students’ needs by launching Self-Assessment Insights and increasing the availability of Comprehensive Clinical Science Self-Assessments.
- Facilitating dialogue and mutual learning regarding equitable assessment practices through the Equity in Measurement and Assessment Conference and a new in-training examination collaboration with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
- Developing NBME’s internal talent and culture to better serve and contribute to the medical education and research communities.
We encourage you to share NBME Impact with those in your educational and professional networks. If you have any questions or comments about the content within this report, please email NBMECommunications@nbme.org.
