A key focus of NBME’s work this year is producing outcomes with impact. In the July edition of NBME Impact: A Community Report, you can see how we’re doing this through expanding our assessment portfolio and its capabilities as well as our collaborations, including:
- Improving NBME® Self-Assessments to meet medical students’ needs by launching Self-Assessment Insights and increasing the availability of Comprehensive Clinical Science Self-Assessments.
- Facilitating dialogue and mutual learning regarding equitable assessment practices through the Equity in Measurement and Assessment Conference and a new in-training examination collaboration with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
- Developing NBME’s internal talent and culture to better serve and contribute to the medical education and research communities.
